Before studying the installation of the conveyor, we should first understand the structure and installation of the idler. 1. Install the frame of the conveyor

 The installation of the frame is from the head frame, and then the middle frame of each section is installed sequentially, and then the tail frame is installed.

 2. Install the driver

 When installing the driving device, it is necessary to pay attention to the belt conveyor's drive shaft and the belt conveyor's centerline perpendicular, so that the width of the driving drum's centerline coincides with the conveyor's centerline, and the reducer's axis is parallel to the transmission axis.

 3. Install idlers

 After the installation of the frame, the transmission device and the tension device, the roller frame of the upper and lower roller can be installed, so that the conveyor belt has a bending arc that slowly changes direction, and the distance between the roller frame of the bending section is 1/2 ~ 1/3 of the normal roller frame distance.  After the roller is installed, it should be turned flexibly and briskly.

 4. Identify the conveyor

 After the installation of the driving drum and idler, the center line and level of the conveyor should be aligned.  Then fix the rack to the base or floor.

The light-duty and short conveyor will be installed in the factory and can be directly put into use after being transported to the site. Heavy-duty conveyor installation is installed on-site.
